A new name and a new identity but with the same original spirit. Refas was the natural development from the initial industrial vision: a step towards the future, without losing direction.

1st Production Facility in Frosinone
Frosinone becomes our home. An epicentre from where we could launch the expansion of our production capacity and introduce new technologies to meet growing market demands.

Expansion – 2nd production site in Frosinone
Our growth takes shape. Refas opened a second plant in Frosinone to expand production and improve operational efficiency.

Seraf Tunisie was established
Bearing the name Seraf – an anagram of Refas – our first production site in North Africa was opened: a strategic choice that bolstered our global competitiveness.

New opportunities required new spaces.
To meet the growing demand for UPS and Rack solutions, we opened the third Refas plant in Frosinone. -

Refas continued expansion in North Africa with a new production site: a strategic investment to enhance the Group’s potential, thanks to a solid structure.

A new entity was set up within the Group: EmmeC2, specialising in precision mechanics, CNC turning and milling. An evolution that has expanded the technical services we offer and strengthened our manufacturing expertise.

Acquisition by EmmeC2
EmmeC2 acquired a company specialising in CNC turning, expanding the expertise of the Refas Group and enhancing our production capacity in the sector of precision mechanics.

Refas Group Rebranding
The Group renewed its identity by adopting a common name: Seraf Tunisie became Refas Tunisie, EmmeC2 became Refas CNC and the American company acquired the name of Refas US.
A step that has strengthened the brand’s cohesion and identity internationally.
